I bring over 15 years of experience in revenue cycle management, EHR implementation, and healthcare operations. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of providers—from specialty practices and ambulatory surgery centers to multi-location healthcare groups—helping them improve their billing processes, reduce AR days, and increase claim acceptance rates. My work has included leading large-scale projects across implementation and RCM services, always with a focus on making systems work better for both providers and patients. I enjoy collaborating with teams across product, sales, and client success to find the right mix of technology and strategy that fits the unique needs of each organization. I’m also passionate about driving innovation in revenue cycle operations and supporting organizations as they adopt smarter practices that elevate care delivery and financial performance.
